Job Description: Customer Success Manager

We are currently offering an opportunity to join our team as a seasoned and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our clients and overseeing the strategy and onboarding of new clients, ensuring they are empowered with the right strategies and insights for success.
Responsibilities:
1. Be the Client Advocate: Build trust and rapport, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their needs and goals.
2. Driving Client Success: Oversee the entire client journey, ensuring a smooth onboarding, maximising value from our services, and exceeding expectations.
3. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse client data to identify opportunities for improvement and consult on strategies to optimise their success.
4. Central Hub of Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceed client goals.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing agency offering SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
2. A passion for customer success and a proven track record of exceeding client expectations.
3. Strong ability to manage expectations and timelines, ensuring smooth client onboarding, project execution, and ongoing success.
4. Experience collaborating with internal teams to translate digital marketing strategies into effective client solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills that allow you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within the team.
6. A dedication to a client-centric approach, prioritising client needs and delivering exceptional service.
7. A collaborative mindset that thrives in a team environment.
