Support Services Coordinator
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic allied health organisation committed to changing the game for people with disabilities.
* Utilise scheduling systems to schedule therapy sessions in alignment with participant Therapy Plans or Habit Coach Action Plans.
* Reschedule sessions if a practitioner or participant is unable to attend a scheduled session.
* Onboard new participants, explaining how services are delivered in the social model and setting expectations of how we will work together.
* Complete over-the-phone risk assessments and accurately record any identified risks, ensuring our therapists and participants are kept safe.
* Maintain accurate Service Agreements for participants.
* Attend weekly team meetings, sharing experiences and insights.
* Collaborate closely with the administration team to complete tasks efficiently.
* Deliver professional and emotionally intelligent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email, prioritising the participant's experience at every interaction.
About the Role
This Support Services Coordinator position requires demonstrated experience with scheduling or rostering, 2-3 years' experience in administration with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing client databases and practice administration systems.
* Taking personal responsibility for participant satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations.
* Acting with a sense of urgency, setting clear priorities, and focusing on task completion.
* Contributing positively as a member of a team, ensuring that the team achieves its objectives.
