Overview
Associate DevOps Engineer - MMBL: Responsible for providing first-level support for all applications (In-House Applications [IHA] and Third-Party Applications), assisting in managing production and disaster recovery environments, and supporting smooth deployment and monitoring of applications. The role involves learning and working with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Self-Hosted Agents under supervision.
Responsibilities
* Provide first-level support for In-House and Third-Party applications.
* Assist in managing production and disaster recovery environments.
* Support deployment of new portals/applications.
* Monitor application servers and report performance issues.
* Help fix security vulnerabilities as per Information Security (IS) reports.
* Maintain records of complaints and ensure timely escalation.
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and audit recommendations.
* Assist in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
* Work with Azure Self-Hosted Agents for deployment and automation tasks.
* Coordinate with vendors for ticket resolution under guidance.
* Adhere to change management and information security policies.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
What we are looking for / Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institution.
* Basic understanding of application support and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with software development concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
* Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Self-Hosted Agents (preferred but can be learned on the job).
