Alphacool is seeking an experienced HVAC-R Service Supervisor to lead our service and marine division. You’ll drive team performance, build strong client relationships, and deliver high-quality HVAC-R solutions while collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, schedule, and supervise HVAC-R technicians
* Manage quoting, business development, and KPIs
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
* Oversee projects, materials, and workflow
* Troubleshoot complex HVAC-R issues and support team
* Conduct site visits, safety checks, and ensure compliance
* Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage inventory
About You
* Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Minimum)
* Relevant & current licences (Driver’s, ARCTIC, QBCC, QLD Electrical Restricted, White Card, etc.)
* 3 - 5+ years HVAC-R experience, including leadership is a plus
* Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Safety-focused with solid organisational ability
