We’re seeking Caring and Compassionate Home Care Workers to join our growing team in the Newcastle - Lake Macquarie region. In this rewarding and flexible role, you’ll help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll be a trusted presence and a source of warmth and reassurance, providing meaningful support that enhances their daily lives.

Responsibilities
- Providing personal care with empathy and dignity
- Domestic assistance and household tasks
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Assisted shopping and community access
- Respite care to support family caregivers

Requirements
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- Have your own car with insurance and a valid driver’s license
- First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
- Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability
- NDIS workers screening check

Employment Type: Casual
Hours: Flexible. Weekend and evening availability would be highly regarded
Salary: $31 - $35 per hour. (As per the Enterprise agreement)
