Key Account Manager, End Customer
Job Description
We are looking for a self‐motivated, commercially driven Key Account Manager to drive growth through building strategic relationships and shaping long‐term partnerships that create high impact with Axis solutions.
To be successful you will have a growth mindset and strong business acumen to support growth in sales and business development within a focused market segment or portfolio of customers.
You will collaborate closely with other Axis sales teams, the technical team, and marketing team to achieve the best outcomes for the end customer. You will also actively participate in selected associations, trade shows, and marketing events to create brand awareness and serve as a true Axis ambassador.

This role will be based in Perth, Australia, and will require domestic and international travel.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent, or relevant experience
* Experience building lasting relationships and working with end customers and consultants
* Exposure to the mining sector is advantageous but not compulsory
* Experience or exposure to business development or sales value‐selling achievements
* Strategic thinker with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated resilience and ability to have difficult conversations
* Good knowledge of IT networking, IP‐based technologies, and applications
* Good knowledge of Salesforce (desirable)
