NSW Government Agency is looking for a Facilities Manager to coordinate the workplace services of several properties with their service providers.
About the role:
The role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of workplace services for an allocation of office and operational properties, in close collaboration with a range of outsourced service providers.
The role provides Electronic Access Control Systems advice for a diverse range of security access card services, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to issues to allow effective security and card holder management.
The role also ensures that concierge, taxi/cab charge, office and janitorial services, and courier and mail services provided meet service level agreements, resolving day to day and longer-term issues, and working to continually to improve workplace experience.
Essentials:
Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience deemed equivalent
Proven experience in a similar capacity
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
