Looking for 2 X Civil Labourers – Brisbane Airport | $35–$37/hr OT | Temp to Perm We’re currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers to join a well-established crew working on a major road maintenance project at Brisbane Airport. If you’re looking for consistent hours, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to turn a temp role into a long-term career, this is the role for you. This project involves essential upkeep and repair of internal roads within the airport precinct, including pothole repairs, signage installation, and concrete works. You’ll be working with a highly regarded Tier 1 contractor that prioritises safety, quality, and team culture. What’s on Offer: $35–$37 per hour depending on experience Plenty of overtime available – excellent earning potential 6:00AM starts – beat the traffic and make the most of your day Temp-to-perm opportunity – ongoing work with room to grow Supportive team environment and a strong safety culture ️ Key Responsibilities: General site clean-up and manual labour Pothole repairs and small-scale asphalt patching Cutting concrete for repair and reinstatement Setting up, installing, and removing road traffic signage Assisting trades and machine operators as required Following site safety procedures and reporting any hazards ✅ To Be Successful, You’ll Need: Proven experience in civil labouring or road maintenance Valid White Card (Construction Induction) Drivers licence and reliable transport (Brisbane Airport site access requirement) A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment Ability to start at 6:00AM and do physical, hands-on work Bonus if you have: Traffic control tickets (not essential but highly regarded) Experience with concrete saws or hand tools If you're a reliable worker with a great attitude and want to be part of a long-term infrastructure project, we want to hear from you.
