Your Opportunity
As a Member Solutions Specialist in Geraldton you will be the face of RAC in your local community spending time with our members face to face and over the phone. During your working day Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm (37.5 hours per week) you will be listening to their needs, providing tailored solutions and helping them make the most out of their RAC products and services.
You'll be set up for success with a fully paid in‑depth structured training program starting 3rd December, directly delivered virtually to you by our professional Learning and Development Advisors.
What will you be doing :
* Meet with members in person or via phone/email to understand their questions and enquiries about their current membership.
* Provide support and accurate general advice or up‑to‑date information on products and services.
* Build and maintain relationships with members, recommending products tailored to suit their individual needs.
