Due to the expansion of robotic milking and related barn equipment installations throughout Australia, we are seeking expressions of interest for a full time dedicated Digital Technical Support Specialist to support our growing business.
You will play a vital role in remotely diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues escalated by field technicians working on our customers’ milking robots and related equipment, using our advanced diagnostic systems. You are also passionate about sharing your expertise through training and upskilling technicians and advisors across our network. You understand the importance of keeping everything running smoothly — after all, cows never stop producing milk. With your technical and agricultural expertise, you help our colleagues, dealer network and farmers move forward while building strong, lasting relationships of trust.

Responsibilities
