Our client, a NSW Government based Organisation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of event and marketing projects that build Sydney and NSW's appeal as Australia's premier tourism and major events destination. This role works closely with a large number of events and event stakeholders to manage the delivery of marketing investment agreements while supporting the development and implementation of event, destination and partner campaigns
**Key Responsibilities: 
- Support the development and implementation of event and destination marketing projects including preparing creative assets, content and approvals. 
- Works closely with event partners to deliver event contracts and leverage the consumer brand. 
- Develops and maintains strong and effective working relationships with event stakeholders and networks to ensure effective communication and quality of service. 
- Maintain and coordinate campaign activity calendars and provide ad-hoc project support across the Consumer Marketing Division ensuring adherence to project management time, cost and quality requirements. 
- Provide a range of professional general administrative and support services including preparation of campaign galleries and presentations, records management, routine correspondence and meeting coordination to support the efficient operation of the business unit.
**Selection Criteria: 
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, events, tourism or equivalent and/ or relevant Industry experience and skills 
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience providing marketing support and the development of marketing campaigns including advertising. 
- Knowledge of and experience in marketing implementation, including budgeting, production, operations and logistics.
On offer is a 12 month contract within a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation including a highly competitive hourly rate.

**Requirements**:
