Working within a collaborative technology environment, you will contribute to market‐leading outcomes by leveraging modern platforms, tools, and engineering practices.Key responsibilities include:Designing, developing, and supporting robust application solutions aligned to ART's technical strategy and business objectivesLeading hands‐on development across Sitecore JSS / XM Cloud solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable outcomesBuilding and integrating solutions with enterprise platforms including CRM systems and API Management (APIM)Collaborating closely with product, business, and technology stakeholders to analyse requirements and deliver fit‐for‐purpose solutionsPerforming code, design, and architecture reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to engineering standardsSupporting release planning, build preparation, and deployment activities across Agile and Waterfall delivery environmentsDiagnosing, investigating, and resolving complex incidents and system issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiativesProviding technical leadership, mentoring team members, and contributing to a strong engineering culture grounded in courage, empathy, and excellenceThis role is a permanent opportunity.Location:Brisbane.About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills.
