We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual with experience in administration or reception to join our team.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional patient care
* Present a well-organized front desk area
* Ensure accurate cash handling and management of company accounts
* Nurture a large patient base

Manage dental appointments for patients, maintain up-to-date patient records and assist with scheduling and coordination to ensure smooth practice operations.


Requirements

* Superior customer service skills
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Professional telephone etiquette
* Ability to operate computer-based systems
* Familiarity with clinical software would be advantageous
