About the Team
Located in Redbank the material planning team is responsible for the LAND 400 Phase 2 Boxer Fleet and maintain the highest levels of availability through the systematic, efficient and proactive management of maintenance planning.
About the Role
The Material Planner – Rework ensures that the supply of materials meet the Service Business Unit demands to support Boxer Block 2 rework. They will drive material sourcing for both pushed and pulled material. Review impacts of Rework planning and Engineering Change and work across departments to ensure material impacts are assessed and acted upon.
This position is responsible for ensuring all materials have their demand satisfied, shortfalls are identified and expedited to minimise production impact. They may lead a small team of material planners and expeditors to minimise business exposer to material shortfalls.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
* Excellent material planning experience;
* APICS or CIPS qualifications;
* Detailed understanding of MRP planning tools;
* Detailed experience with SAP;
* Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes;
* Ability to travel internationally and interstate, when required; and
* Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
