The opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Field Service Technician who is enthusiastic about delivering great customer service.
Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will provide skilful and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu Customer Equipment throughout Adelaide metro and local country areas.
This position is for day shift only, with a 9-day fortnight and excellent overtime penalty rates, plus allowances relevant to the role.
Good organisational and people skills are important, along with clear communication - both written and verbal.
You should also be confident using computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
What you'll bring
Demonstrated experience in effective Machine diagnostics and repairs.
Solid technical knowledge and understanding of the design & function of equipment systems and processes (Komatsu experience preferred).
Ability to demonstrate competency with testing and adjusting machine operating and monitoring systems.
Ability to assist with coordination of major site-based equipment maintenance projects.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Mandatory requirements
Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
