We are on the hunt for someone to join our management team in Zambrero North Penrith.
**About Us**
We are Zambrero. Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with home-made guac and other goodies. For you, that means you will always work with yummy fresh ingredients that won't leave you smelling like you just came from work. Our restaurants are open day and night so you can be flexible and keep up your work, school, and play.
But we are not just a healthy quick-service restaurant! We also donate one meal to someone in need for every bowl or burrito bought at Zambrero through our Plate 4 Plate initiative.
**What you'll do**
Our management team takes pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including the customer experience, the workplace culture, and the financial results.
A day in the life of the management team includes things like:
- Managing your team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving any employee issues
- Leading your team to provide a great service experience
- Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
- Being commercially brilliant and controlling profit through items such as cost of goods and labour
- Ordering stock from various suppliers
- Office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll
- Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the restaurant as required.
- Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
