OHS Field Supervisor – Multi-Site Role | Drive Safety & Compliance
We are seeking an experienced WH&S Manager to work in the field with our staff and ensure workplace safety and compliance across multiple sites. This hands-on role is ideal for a proactive safety professional who thrives in the field, conducting inspections, managing risks, and promoting a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Site Safety & Compliance – Conduct inspections, audits, and enforce OHS policies.
✅ Incident Management – Investigate incidents, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
✅ Training & Safety Awareness – Deliver toolbox talks and site-specific safety training.
✅ Risk Management & Reporting – Maintain accurate records and assist in compliance audits.
✅ Safety Culture Leadership – Engage workers in safety initiatives and best practices.
About You:
✔ Experience in an WHS role within construction or civil work.
✔ Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and risk management.
✔ Excellent communication skills to engage with workers and management.
✔ Ability to work independently and travel between job sites.
✔ Relevant certifications (e.g., White Card, First Aid, Cert IV WHS preferred).
