About the Role
As a Client Service Executive, you'll partner closely with a Client Service Manager to ensure all assigned client accounts run seamlessly. You'll be the go‐to contact for day‐to‐day coordination, proactively managing requests, clarifying briefs, and keeping projects on track. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, coordination, and delivering standout client experiences.
What You'll Do
* Act as a key contact for assigned clients and manage day‐to‐day requests
* Coordinate briefs, timelines, WIPs, and reporting
* Support project delivery to ensure all jobs are completed on time and to scope
* Assist with quotes, cost inputs, reconciliations, and billing
* Maintain strong documentation and contribute to process improvement
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‐quality execution

What You'll Bring
* 12+ months in a client service, coordination, or similar role (3PL/warehousing a bonus)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative capability
* Confident with the Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
* Passion for client satisfaction and a collaborative team mindset
* High motivation, accountability, and a strong work ethic
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Genuine enthusiasm for logistics and fulfilment
