**Your Role**:
As a
**Casual Concierge**, you will mainly support our Clubhouse team in creating a smooth and memorable experience for our members. This role also works alongside the Civic Quarter Business Centre, providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Flexible to work weekdays (any days between Monday - Friday) between the hours of 8am and 5pm (shifts will be varied depending on operational needs.)
- Maintaining a pristine clubhouse
- Reset the space in the mornings and/or afternoons to ensure everything is tidy, clean and orderly by following our space checklist
- Ensure that the Concierge, Business Centre and any other areas within your visibility or control are kept in immaculate order.
- Undertake basic troubleshooting tasks at the clubhouse when required
- Administration Support to the Hub Team.
- Build rapport with members and clients of the civic quarter building, providing premium Hub Customer service.
- Ensuring Hub members and guests are welcomed to the clubhouses and able to find their way, following sign-in and etiquette procedures
- Assisting and supporting the Clubhouse team when possible. Including events in the space and meeting room management.

**About you**:
- Available to work weekdays, shifts between 8am and 5pm.
- 1-2 years Previous reception, administration or concierge experience.
- Customer service focused, always willing to go above and beyond for members,
- Team first attitude, but also happy to work independently when needed.
