Customer Care Specialist Role
We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our high-performing team based in Sydney. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers by managing orders, enquiries, and issue resolution with care and professionalism.
About the Role
This key position involves handling a wide range of enquiries from customers, sales reps, doctors, and patients via phone and email. You will accurately process customer orders including consignment, loan kits, free-of-charge deliveries, and returns. Additionally, you will follow up on orders and deliveries, and resolve queries around product availability, pricing, invoicing, and disputes.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues. You will be confident in understanding and responding to customer needs. Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office is essential, with experience in Tableau being a plus.
