About the job
Full-time or Part-time
Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & Lower Hunter (including Maitland, Cessnock, and surrounding areas)
Come and join our growing team!
We know not all OT jobs are created equal. Some feel like a grind. Some feel like you're left floating with no support. At You Therapy Services, we've found the sweet spot – meaningful work, real flexibility, and a supportive team where you can grow, feel valued, and actually enjoy coming to work.
About Us
At You Therapy Services, our work is driven by a simple goal: helping people live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes for as long as possible. We specialise in home modifications and assistive technology, providing solutions that make everyday life easier and safer. Our work is predominantly with NDIS participants, with a smaller portion of clients supported through aged care (Support at Home) and private/iCare services.
Our team also provides Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), and housing and support needs assessments. Everything we do is practical, person-centred, and focused on real-world outcomes, helping people maintain independence, stay connected to their homes, and participate in the activities that matter most.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
* A team you'll genuinely love being part of – our team culture is something we're proud of. You'll be joining a group of passionate and supportive OTs who genuinely enjoy working together. We can't wait to welcome another amazing OT to the team, and you'll always have access to guidance, supervision, and support when you need it.
* Flexibility that fits – full-time or part-time, office-based or hybrid. Our office is in New Lambton, and we support a hybrid approach. We value regular time together to collaborate and boost team morale, while also giving you the flexibility to work in a way that fits your role and life commitments, so you can be most efficient and supported.
* Support + Supervision – we'll adjust the level of support to match your experience and set up a clear plan, so you feel confident when you start and well supported ongoing.
* Work variety – with opportunities across home modifications, assistive technology, housing and support needs assessments, FCA's, and more. We encourage you to bring your own interests and passion areas to the role, and we'll do our best to help shape your work around what excites you most.
