Physiotherapist - Inpatient & Outpatient Services – Frankston, Victoria • Full time. Rotational position in the Frankston Hospital Allied Health team. New graduates are welcome to apply.
We are seeking a Grade 1 Physiotherapist to join our Frankston team in a dynamic rotational position. This role offers a diverse caseload and an excellent opportunity to develop strong clinical skills within a supportive and collaborative Allied Health team. Our areas of specialty include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, with exposure to a varied case mix including neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedics, surgical, reconditioning, and pain management. Rotation across these areas is available, providing valuable clinical variety, along with structured mentoring and supervision for graduates and Grade 1 physiotherapists. The role includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Shifts are rostered Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:06pm.

* A collaborative and experienced multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
* Provide high quality evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments for all patients/clients, including the provision of hydrotherapy treatments where applicable.
* Use patient-centered care to work with the patient to develop appropriate physiotherapy treatment goals and plans for all patients/clients.
* Establish and maintain direct working relationships with multidisciplinary colleagues and internal/external customers, including active participation in multidisciplinary team meetings.
* Use evidence-based patient treatment outcome measures and patient feedback satisfaction measures and quality assurance activities.
* Participate in the physiotherapy department weekend roster if required.
* Assist with education and training programs for students as requested.
* Complete appropriate administrative duties arising from each session, including liaison with the office administration team, reporting of statistical data and completion of clinical documentation.
* Attend staff meetings and present at professional development sessions as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist and ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
* Recent experience in physiotherapy services in relevant clinical settings, including hydrotherapy.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: $70,866 to $97,980 per annum (pro rata for part time) plus 12% superannuation.
* Fixed-term full-time (12-month contract) positions available.
