* 6 consulting rooms (3 available for the right GP)
* Full-time nurse with strong procedural support
* Pathology and medical imaging conveniently located next door
* Steady patient flow : 2-3 patients per hour
* Private billing clinic

* Competitive percentage : 60-70% (based on experience)
* 1-month guarantee of $150 / hour
