Role Overview: We are seeking a Hospitality Front of House Allrounder to join our team across our dynamic portfolio of venues, including retail bottle shops, a brewery taproom, a wine bar, and a café. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will work across multiple sites (within close proximity), with each venue offering a different style of service and customer experience. No two days are the same — you’ll move between retail, bar service, and café hospitality, adapting your approach to suit each environment. You’ll be part of a team that values high energy, strong product knowledge, and consistently exceptional customer experiences across all venues. We’re looking for someone who is confident, engaging, and genuinely passionate about hospitality, with a natural ability to connect with customers and deliver outstanding service wherever they are working on any given day.
