Hannigans Solicitors is a well-established, full-service law firm with offices in Casino, Evans Head, and Kyogle in the beautiful Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join our Casino office on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is a genuinely broad-based role. Our clients range from individuals and families through to small businesses, large enterprises, major institutions, and public companies. You will have the opportunity to work across the full spectrum.
About the RoleYou will manage your own diverse caseload across multiple practice areas, including:(a) Commercial and business law (b) Property law (c) Litigation and dispute resolution(d) Wills, estates, and succession planning(e) General practice matters as they ariseYou will work directly alongside the firm’s directors. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety and values the autonomy that comes with a trusted position in a respected regional firm.
About You(a) Admitted as a solicitor in NSW (or eligible for immediate admission) with a current practising certificate(b) Significant post-admission experience (c) Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload with a high degree of autonomy(d) Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills(e) Litigation experience is highly regarded(f) Willingness to work on-site at our Casino office
