We are currently seeking a passionate and motivatedCustomer Service Agent to join our dynamic Customer Service team Our Customer Service Agents liaise directly with our customers both over the phone and in writing, assisting them with their enquiries and various types of post‑sales requests, ensuring every customer interaction is at the heart of everything we do.
This is a 12‑Month Maximum Term Contract opportunity starting in January 2026.

* Experience in a customer service environment and the ability to provide customers with the highest level of customer experience
* Commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service on all customer interactions
* Excellent complaint and conflict handling skills
* Highly empathetic with a professional phone manner
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
