Role: Graphic Designer - Marketing & Communications Contract: October - April Rate: $77 p/h Location: Hybrid - Sydney or Newcastle Key Responsibilities: Design print and digital assets, including email marketing materials (HubSpot experience a plus) Support new visual identity initiatives - update logos, placeholders, and templates in Word/PowerPoint Develop long-format publications (e.g., MSP reports) and other educational/public awareness materials for sandstone conservation programs Ensure contemporary, polished design execution aligned with brand guidelines Create and maintain templates across Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and CMS platforms like Templafy Execute digital assets for social and email platforms, understanding limitations and best practices Key Skills & Experience: 8 years in graphic design across print and digital Strong layout design, especially for long-format publications Contemporary design and trend awareness Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva Experience with email marketing platforms, CMS tools, and brand/style guide execution Medium to advanced Word and PowerPoint skills, high digital literacy
