Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our built form projects, including apartments, hotels, student accommodation, clubhouses, or medium-density housing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality compliance and timely outcomes.
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Manage daily site activities, inspections, and defect resolution with confidence.
* Drive cost efficiencies through procurement, financial forecasting, and reporting.
* Coordinate contractors and consultants to achieve construction milestones.
* Oversee contract administration and maintain accurate project documentation.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, with capability in procurement, financial forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience managing site activities and coordinating contractors.
