Role Overview
ECS is seeking a Commissioning Manager to join their team in Sydney. This position involves overseeing the commissioning management of building services systems, plant and equipment across multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop commissioning plans and documents for managing building services systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fire, and BMCS systems.
* Review services design and intent, and advise design teams on items affecting commissioning and prepare commissioning programs.
* Collaborate with clients, design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Manage project activities, including job costing, scheduling, and workload management.
* Support business development activities and contribute to ECS's growth.

Requirements:
* A relevant tertiary qualification.
* Engineering experience across the project lifecycle, with a strong understanding of project stages and delivery methods.
* Previous experience delivering construction projects through commissioning, acceptance, and into occupation.
* Demonstrated communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to exercise initiative and high-level judgment, working independently to meet objectives.
* Familiarity with CIBSE Commissioning Codes, BSRIA Application Guides, ASHRAE Guidelines, and other relevant commissioning codes and guidelines.
* Understanding of Green Star credit points and relevant processes.
