We are seeking an Account Manager who will play a crucial role in our team by designing, implementing, and executing test plans to ensure our products consistently meet high-quality standards before reaching our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage an account portfolio and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Understand client objectives and develop tailored strategies for achieving success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales and experience
- Strong communication skills, able to engage clearly with key decision-makers or owners/CEOs
- Capable of delivering effective presentations
