What you will do?
Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting
Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance
More about you
Previous Commis Chef experience
Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
Solid background in kitchen operations
A passion for food and creative flair
Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labour costs
Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
