Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance on network management, fleet monitoring, and customer service best practices
* Resolve complex network issues, serving as the primary point of contact for business leaders, IT staff, and MSPs
* Drive strategic initiatives as defined by leadership and model troubleshooting methodologies for agents to follow
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, acting as the voice of the customer when providing technical recommendations
* Analyze customer contacts, drilling into unique and complex networking issues to support tiered agent teams
* Visit customer and partner locations, diagnosing, repairing, and installing intricate eero networks
* Participate in an on-call rotation and handle incidents
In this position, you will be a subject matter expert for our products. You'll mentor CX Agents while working alongside them on customer issues.
