Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the maintenance and upkeep of aircraft cabin interiors and systems. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing modifications and design changes.
* Lead and deliver service engineering support in Cabin Interiors and Aircraft Systems under assigned ATA chapters, ensuring high technical dispatch reliability across the fleet.
* Manage and lead cabin reconfiguration projects involving minor or major changes.
* Drive corrective and preventive actions based on quality and compliance audits.
* Maintain a competent and trained engineering team aligned with current methodologies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The selected candidate must have:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from recognized institutions.
* Minimum 15 years' experience in Technical Services.
* In-depth technical knowledge of aircraft cabin interiors and systems.
* Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
Additionally, the candidate should possess strong leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
