Our Outside School Hours Care service, Aubin Grove OSHClub, seeks a passionate Assistant Coordinator to help manage the service and deliver engaging programs for primary-age children.
This permanent part-time role offers 30 hours per week (guaranteed minimum) to support team leadership.
You will work split shifts supporting operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:00pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program).
Extra hours may be available during school holidays.
About the role
Assist in co-managing a team of Educators, balancing support and leadership.
Manage a primary school service before and after school for children aged 5-12, with support from a regional office and managers who visit and mentor.
Responsibilities
Develop and facilitate engaging, child-centered programs including STEM, sports, cooking, art, and craft.
Build healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents.
Lead onsite Educators, including roster management.
Oversee daily operations, compliance, and administration of the service.
Who are we looking for?
Enjoy working with children.
Strong, clear communication skills.
Team player aspiring to become a service leader.
Willing to obtain or hold a valid police check and working with children check (paid for by us).
Studying or qualified in a relevant early childhood field as per ACECQA standards.
