The Role
This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of BOC-owned gas equipment and piping at customer sites, ensuring compliance with safety, efficiency, and regulatory standards.
What you will enjoy doing
Install, maintain, and repair gas systems and cryogenic vessels.
Diagnose faults, troubleshoot, and calibrate gas analyzers.
Perform safety audits and compliance checks.
Track and record asset maintenance, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Ensure plant and equipment are fit for purpose, including servicing, guarding, risk assessments, and use of the BOC tagging system.
Receive comprehensive training—no gas industry experience required.
What makes you great
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Unrestricted driver's licence and strong safety focus.
Experience in plumbing, gas fitting, piping, brazing, or valve servicing (desirable).
Gas fitting ticket (advantageous).
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
