We’re looking for a Senior Delphi Software Developer who is passionate about the Ports & Logistics industry. You’ll be part of our group which is expanding and needs a skilled and driven developer to join our logistics team in Adelaide. You’ll work with a fantastic team that has built a strong and collaborative culture but also values individual autonomy and professional expertise. You’ll help us deliver world-class supply-chain software solutions to our clients.
In this role, the software developer will contribute fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the advancement of our logistics products, consisting of Terminal Operating System, Transport Management System, Rail Management System, Empty Container Park Management System, and similar logistics solutions.
Key Skills And Knowledge
* Expertise in Delphi.
* Strong knowledge of OOP, SOA, microservices, and databases (MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
* Proven ability to solve complex problems, optimise performance, and lead projects.
* Experience mentoring junior developers and building strong business/IT relationships.
* Familiarity with IaaS, Azure/AWS, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
* Knowledge of Java, .Net or C++.
* Understanding of Web Development Technologies such as React or Angular.
