This role supports end-to-end procurement and contract activities, including tenders, compliance, and stakeholder advisory across the organisation. You'll play a key role in ensuring governance, improving processes, and supporting upcoming procurement activities. Description Manage procurement activities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and supplier agreements. Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational guidelines. Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs. Provide advice and support on procurement processes and best practices. Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships effectively. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes. Profile A successful Procurement & Contracts Officer should have: Confident running or supporting tenders (RFQ/RFT) Strong with documentation, reporting and compliance Comfortable advising stakeholders and pushing back when needed Organised and detail-oriented, with good time management Positive, proactive and team-focused Ideally has local government or regulated environment exposure Job Offer Hourly pay ranging from $55 to $65.
