ACRWORLD has partnered with RES Group to recruit a Safety Administrator to support operations at the Blue Grass Solar Farm in regional Queensland. This position will support the site team by ensuring safety documentation, compliance processes and reporting are maintained to the highest standard while contributing to a strong Zero Harm safety culture across the site. Key responsibilities as a Safety Administrator, you will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure all site safety processes and documentation are maintained effectively. Responsibilities include: Supporting the implementation and maintenance of site safety systems and procedures Managing and maintaining safety documentation, including permits, SWMS and compliance records Assisting with incident reporting, investigations and corrective action tracking Maintaining accurate records of training, inductions and safety compliance for site personnel Assisting with site inductions and onboarding documentation for employees and contractors Supporting the preparation of safety reports, audits and inspections Coordinating safety meetings, toolbox talks and maintaining associated records Working closely with the Site Manager and technicians to ensure WHSE compliance across the site Required Experience Previous experience in a safety administration, HSE administration or site administration role Experience working within construction, infrastructure, mining, renewables or industrial environments Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage documentation and compliance processes in a site-based environment Why Join?
