Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service skills, serving alcohol responsibly, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

* Serve alcohol responsibly, adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
* Maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring that all areas of the venue are clean and well-maintained.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:

* Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
