About this role
A highly skilled Sales Manager is required to lead our NSW Team. As part of the state leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the largest sales territory across the state, developing a sales strategy, and mentoring sales staff to exceed targets and achieve business outcomes.
You will play a key role in guiding sales strategy and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. With a strong customer focus and strategic mindset, you'll build and maintain long-term client relationships while mentoring your team to perform at their best.
Key responsibilities include:

• Continuously improving our sales approach

• Coaching and mentoring our sales team (no direct reports)

• Monitoring pipeline health and tracking sales performance

• Leading and coaching your team in the use of CRM (Sugar) and sales tools

• Driving a high-performing sales culture aligned with business strategy

• Fostering a safety-first culture across all operations

• Maintaining strong relationships with major clients

• Collaborating with other teams to drive continuous improvement


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Proven experience in sales management within a related industry
* Strong commercial acumen and pipeline management capability
* Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
* A collaborative approach to leadership and stakeholder engagement
* CRM proficiency, ideally with Sugar
* A deep commitment to safety and team culture
