* Clerk 7/8 Remuneration: $113,574 - $125,720pa, plus superannuation and leave loading

* Location: Sydney, Parramatta or Gosford with Hybrid working from home
* This role sits within the Long Service Corporation in the Compliance & Enforcement team
About the team:
With the onboarding of the Community Services (Portable Long Service) Scheme, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join the Compliance and Enforcement team. Be part of a growing team, contributing to a positive, cohesive and collaborative culture.
About the role
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in protecting the integrity of the schemes administered by the Long Service Corporation. You will be responsible for conducting end to end complex compliance and investigative activities into potential breaches of legislation administered, and deliver risk-based regulatory programs to promote, monitor and improve compliance outcomes across the Schemes This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our vision for a safer community and vibrant economy by improving worker protections and ensuring those regulated by the Corporation understand and comply with legislative obligations.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
* Attained a Cert IV in Government Investigations (or willingness to undertake the same), or higher relevant qualification
* Experience in conducting proactive investigations resulting in a range of regulatory outcomes
* Experience in conducting complex investigations and compiling briefs of evidence
* Possess an understanding of criminal law, rules of evidence, criminal procedure and administrative law.
* Ability to identify and proactively address risk throughout the investigation process
* Ability to assess and analyse information to develop and present recommendations or investigation findings to senior staff
* Experience in conducting investigations working collaboratively/alongside internal & external stakeholders.
* Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to travel throughout the state when required
