This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established intellectual property and trademark practice that acts for a number of innovative and high-quality clients across a range of industries.
For more senior practitioners, the role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership position working closely with the Equity Partner, helping oversee a strong IP team and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
The Opportunity
This opportunity is ideal for IP practitioners who enjoy high-quality legal work within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
The firm has an established support structure in place, allowing lawyers to focus on practising intellectual property law and servicing clients, without the need to carry the burden of operational administration or running the business.
Senior lawyers will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to leadership within the practice, while working alongside an experienced Equity Partner.

About You
We are interested in speaking with IP lawyers at various levels, including:
* Trademark Attorneys
* Junior and mid-level Intellectual Property Lawyers
* Senior Associates or Special Counsel
* Salary Partners or senior practitioners seeking leadership roles
You will ideally have:
* Experience in intellectual property law, particularly trademarks
* Strong attention to detail and client service skills
* An interest in working within a collaborative and supportive IP practice
For more senior candidates, experience mentoring lawyers or leading matters would be advantageous.
A client following may be beneficial for more senior roles but is not essential.
Salary and seniority will be dependent on experience.
