Business Services Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business and Private Client Advisory division. Our team specializes in supporting a range of small, medium, and large private businesses, along with some not-for-profit and foreign-owned businesses.

We offer a wide range of services including accounting and tax compliance, business and tax advisory, structuring, superannuation, wealth management, and transactional services.

* * Achieve productivity targets and client budgets; deliver value-added services.
* Support and lead team members for optimal performance.
* Allocate staff and resources to meet client and firm commitments.
* Identify and develop potential business opportunities.
* Actively participate in BPCA management team.
* Attend manager meetings and conferences.
* Advise Associate Directors and Directors of any necessary matters.
* Ensure administrative compliance.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can manage a large portfolio of clients, achieve productivity goals and budgets, and lead and develop a team.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Minimum 8 years' experience in Business Services at a Chartered/CPA accounting firm.
* Prior experience with property development clients preferred.
* Degree and CA/CPA qualified.
* Up-to-date technical knowledge of taxation law and accounting developments.
* Proven networking skills and client relationship experience.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines for a large group of clients.
* Experience mentoring and managing junior staff.
* Skilled in handling sensitive client matters diplomatically.
