Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Operating production machinery
* Handling raw materials & finished products
* End of line packaging and labelling
* Perform quality checks
* Assist with the setup and clean up
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
* Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate any significant problems to supervisors
Who You Are
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
* Positive, problem solver
* Ability to operate machinery safely
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication skills and a team player
* Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Highgate Group Australia is a family orientated business operating Monday to Friday, with manufacturing located in Devonport Tasmania.
This offer is for a casual position, but a high performing candidate will likely be offered a full-time contract after 6 months.
Renumeration will be determined in relation to relevant experience, skills etc.
