Content Designer
* Full-Time (35hpw) Temporary up to June 2027
* Salary Range $113,574 - $125,720pa + super
* Location flexible across NSW, weekly attendance at Parramatta
We are currently seeking a Content Designer who will be responsible for the relationship management and monitoring of service delivery of external communications providers in accordance with supplier contracts and service level agreements.
This role will also be responsible for the coordination of internal resources to deliver customer communication.
Key responsibilities
* Manage and maintain notification templates, rules and artefacts to ensure customer communications comply with standards, frameworks and external communication guidelines.
* Identify and document notifications/ customer content processes, user stories and business rules for the development of customer notifications to ensure optimal service delivery.
* Manage suppliers to ensure service level agreements are met.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships
* Understand the importance of gathering and analysing data to develop user friendly content and support accessibility
* Sound understanding of project delivery principles and the ability to identify and mitigate risks and delays
* Strong attention to detail
