Support Specialist Role
We are seeking a Support Specialist to provide assistance to individuals with intellectual or behavioural disabilities in various settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily living tasks, accompanying customers on community access visits and appointments, and providing support in external environments.
This role requires flexibility and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
* Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships.
* Ability to obtain NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
* Must have resilience, confidence, and ability to work independently and as a team.
* Ability to use computers and learn software/programs.
In this role, you will be required to work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
