Talent Acquisition Consultant - 10 Month Fixed Term Position
We have an exciting Fixed Term Parental Leave opportunity for a proactive, passionate person to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role includes sourcing, recruiting and building talent pools to find 'right-fit' talent to meet CPA's current and future resourcing requirements.

Responsibilities:
Duties includes:
Working strategically with the DSP Team to identify and implement talent attraction strategies
Advertising vacancies on Seek, LinkedIn, Broadbean etc
Maintaining accurate data on our APS (Workday)
About you:
An excellent communicator with strong customer service and administration skills
Ability to build rapport quickly across all levels
Hard working and adaptable to changing environments
Energetic and able to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
Demonstrated experience in an office environment
