Job Title: Truck Bay Supervisor (Workshop) Location: Darwin, NT

Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies and complete required documentation. Lead and mentor a team of technicians and apprentices. Achieve team KPIs to deliver results. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes. Occasionally perform hands-on tool supervision and minor repairs. Qualifications: Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant). Experience as a qualified technician working with engine products. Management experience is preferred but not essential. Strong communication and organizational skills in a high-pressure environment.
