Senior Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, from lead qualification to delivery, to maximize sales revenue.
* Act as the primary client interface for project lifecycles, troubleshooting, and responding in a timely manner.
* Scope clients' properties and gather technical information, including site measurements and photos.
* Attend site installations and dismantles as required, including some overnight work.
* Travel to meet clients within Australia and New Zealand.
* Prepare and conduct client presentations, including quote and proposal assembly.
* Develop sponsorship and brand integration opportunities for projects.
* Network with potential and current clients via industry events.
Candidates must possess exceptional communication, presentation, and sales skills, as well as experience managing complex projects and multiple clients simultaneously.
Requirements:
* High level of IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage Evolution, Smartsheet, Trello, Hubspot, and LinkedIn.
* Full driver's license required.
