At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will have experience in production workshop management, quality assurance, and customer service.

The Centre Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and motivation to their team, ensuring targets are achieved, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition. They will also be responsible for managing production, quality, quotes, parts, and vehicle management, as well as providing exceptional customer service and stakeholder management.

Key areas of responsibility include:

* Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure comprehensive and accurate QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
* Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
* Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site is operating profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports.

As a Centre Manager, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with other departments to drive business success.
